How to Raise Your Vibration…

Let’s talk vibrations.

Did you know that everything and everyone (including you) has their own frequency?!?

Some things vibrate really low… and some things vibrate very high.

As you can see from the scale, the lower you vibrate, the more you live in that scale of anxiety, guilt, shame, fear, insecurity, etc.

And who wants to live in that space?!?

Not me. 🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️

So we have to work at keeping our vibration high so that we can live in that state of gratitude, love, joy, peace, and contentment.

Now I’m not saying you have to be perfect and positive all the time - we are definitely NOT about toxic positivity here.

But I do want to encourage keeping your vibration high when you can because when you do, you attract more good things your way because you become a vibrational match to those good things!

So here are some things that will help increase your energetic vibration 👇🏻

🖤 be mindful of what you are feeding yourself - excessive amounts of sugar, alcohol, processed foods, etc are all very low vibrational things. Your body craves high vibrational foods like fruits and veggies to function properly as well as stay balanced. Plus it helps boost your immunity!

🖤 be mindful of what you feel your brain - we live in a time of information and are CONSTANTLY feeding our brains information all day. If you’re feeding yourself with visuals that drain your energy, make you feel heavy, guilty, angry, sad, etc…. Then it’s obviously going to effect your vibration too! Fill your mind with things that are inspirational, uplifting, positive, and encouraging!

🖤 be mindful of what company you keep - have you heard that phrase, tell me who your closest friends are and I will tell you who you are. It’s true. Who we keep as company influences are GREATLY. So make sure you are surrounding yourself with people who are supportive, encouraging, loving, and who will root for you!

🖤 be mindful for your words - what we speak outloud can be SO POWERFUL. the universe is always listening. So if you complain, whine, talk negatively about things, or constantly think bad about yourself then you are obviously going to attract MORE of that because you are vibrating at that low level frequency. Sooo even if you are struggling right now, try to see the good in it. Find something you are grateful for instead or how you can improve your situation so that way you can attract that energy!

  • I find keeping a gratitude journal, ESPECIALLY when I am stressed, helps me stay focused and keep my vibration higher.

    With mercury retrograde currently in effect, I am very cautious about projecting only gratitude and trying not to complain because that energy will come back tenfold during this time period.

    Chaos energy doesn’t have to be scary. It can be a gift that shifts things around and forces the stagnant energy to move out.

    Keeping vibrations high helps combat the negative when it comes knocking.
