It's from Morocco, specifically Triassic age basalt in Morocco in the Atlas Mountains, it's forms in seams or a crack in the host rock and it is a variety plume or flame agate. Moroccan seam Agate is an impressive semi-precious stone renowned for its grounding and stabilizing effects.
